Be careful of the cape. If its a kennedy soundin mahfahka he could be saying "shacks" or "sharks" you wont know, so clarify before you paddle that beach. Bring a 4/3 and a snorkel because I don't think your going to be doing much surfing, but Jenness beach in Rye, NH is your consistent spot tide wise near boston bud if there is a pulse. Rhode island is a bit more of a commitment but a spot called Ruggles suits most beginners and is more of a longboard spot. Good luck finding Ruggles though as the street name is a closely guearded secrert. Have fun carving, this is a real good time of the year to cruise the city and smell the bums and nicotine.
