Looks like a bird to me, especially the one near the heli. Now, the items in the smoker look real! How did that cheese turn out? When you do a cold smoke, what do you set the temp to?
Yeah man. Cold smoking bacon, habanero cheddar, and garlic. The bacon sat in a maple bourbon imperial stout cure for 3 weeks prior to smoking.
Temp was 60F for 3hrs for the cheese. Bacon smoked for about 6-8 hours. This was from spring, because it is too hot to cold smoke in the summer here.
I am new to the smoking world, but I have tried a few times. i just did a pork butt with apple wood. Not too bad, I think I applied a little too much smoke, though. After you smoke the bacon, do you slice it and fry/bake it?
After you smoke the bacon, you need to store it in the fridge for a week. After a session of intense cold smoking, the meat can be bitter and overwhelmingly smokey. After a week in the fridge, it mellows out for a nice balance. Then, I toss it in the freezer until it gets a bit harder, slice it, and package it for the fridge or freezer. When you are ready to eat it, just cook however you like. I prefer to cook it in the oven, personally.
I don't believe in the whole ufo thing,but my step pops had a pic that would make many reconsider.it was what I considered a us air force drone made to look exactly like the stereotypic ufo.it had the dome with the ring around the bottom lol,it was some freaky shyt,I just laughed like damn u got me
I agree that a lot of this stuff is misidentification. What I saw happened for too long and was too close. Laws of physics officially defied.
