Folly was thumping this morning! Surfed7:30 to 10:30. Tide was messing with it when I left. Should pick back up this afternoon. Have a feeling it'll pack out.

Supposed to get choppy this afternoon, but I will be out anyways. It looked overhead at the Washout, according to what I saw on the cams. High tide is basically in 2.5 hours, so I am not sure it will get much better than it was this morning.

Was a few miles to your south and caught 3 foot sets on my sandbar at the right tide (low) all to myself. F@ck OC. I will only surf there from January to April.

NoMoCo was solid this morning. Shoulder-high. Blinding sun. Warmish water. Not too crowded. 50% close outs but more than a few decent rides.

Tomorrow am will be a sh!t fight to be sure.

Further south in moco...Chest to head with some sneakers just over. Not closed out. FUN!

I got out at 2:30. Tide was pretty fat, but still real fun. Worth it for sure.

Nags head was fun; hatteras looked bad @ss on the cams. totally worth taking the day off to paddle out regardless of where I went

Topsail was pumping from about 10 to 1pm today. Solid stomach high, occasional chest or shoulder every 10 min or so. Like the general consensus says, lots of closeouts. Then the tide hit it and hasnt recovered since. Wrightsville was a zoo, so I avoided it like Ebola fearmongering.

MAN U RITE BOUT DAT. the crowd really tried my patience (again). on the other hand i had at least
4 clean tube rides so i got really mad and really happy. it was kinda an intense go-out; and once again
    so many unfamiliar faces.....

A couple from today here in Surf City, NC. We got some really good waves on Wednesday and I thought it was going to be better than what you would get from Gonzalo but I was wrong. A little wait for the gems but they were definitely out there. Easily some head high sets. The wind got on it this afternoon but up until lunch time it was on! Got a good 4 hour session in

Looks like cats are scoring. Glad my sacrifice was able to serve it up for the Swellers. Headed out of town now so I'll miss the next two days but I did manage to score on Gonzo's forerunners today. Weather was perfect and it was waist and clean. Took the Coil out because it seems those are ideal conditions for it. Had yet to fully dial it in til today but that all changed. Totally upped my game on that thing and will be getting on it again very soon.

Man, it'd been almost a month since I got on a decent wave. These big swells are great but there's been nothing in between for awhile now in EMass. Hope you bros get billeted in mad shacks all weekend. I've got a few commitments out in the desert so on pave I will be and then hope to score a few rides in SoCal next Weds-Fri. Had no idea how long it'd been for me on a decent wave til today. Don't let that happen to you!
