I've tried looking into the forum search and didn't find much that answers my questions.
I'm not looking for any spot names or anything like that, but I'm wondering what is the beach access like on the Eastern Shore? Do you have to have 4x4 or a permit? Do you just park on the street, or is there a designated area? Chincoteague Island is another area I was wondering about. Is there beach access there or none at all?

Any input will be appreciated!
Thanks

Fisherman's Island. You need a boat.

The boat is also used to taxi you back to the point since it's against the law to walk on the beach.
