What happened to that Nor'Easter (if that's what it was)!? I thought we would have some fun surf on tuesday but it dropped to ankle high. Must be going on 2 months now without anything head high?

I keep telling myself all this flat will be repaid with a sick spring. One can hope.

At least the water will be warmer if it's all repaid during spring.

The cold in Nova Scotia is definitely made up for with the various points that light up up there... especially with wetsuit tech these days... jealous you guys are about to get some head high stuff

Nova Scotia water doesnt get that much colder than NJ DE. Its 38. A 654 and some good boots/mittens and its golden. I really want to go up there but the chance of scoring a long point break is very fickle. Booooooooooo.

I don't know if you understand onshore vs.offshore winds and their relation to surf conditions but... For the record this last Friday was supposed to be ankle high when in reality it was stomach high at most breaks here. Don't stress and take what you can get. Wednesday is scheduled to be the cleanup. Comprende?

Totally comprende'd Salty McSalts. I know how the weather works around here, all too well at that. I was just hoping to get a little banter going about this "flat" spell. It's been a long friggin time! It does look like we may have a bump out there this week, but alas work gets in the way this week so I'll be out regardless. Hope you guys in delmar score something. Let us know how it was. peace, go cards.
