It's my house, G. You must know that New England, in general, is way behind the times when it comes to heating fuel. We heat with oil. $4,000 to heat my house last winter. That's like 10 good used surfboards. Absolutely sickening.

this is the watch I've been eyeing up, I have a normal old g shock and the thing is like indestructible, you can get this thing brand new on ebay for around $100 bucks. Got tide and moon phases

Zombiesurfer. I have a G-shock tide watch, it is not consistently accurate.(in RI)
It is indestructible and will fit while wearing a winter suit, on the plus side.

I have had 2 vestal Brig and im on my 3rd rip curl trestles... Loved the look and feel of the Vestal but didnt like the way it displayed the tide info. The first one died after about 4 months. thought it was due to the cold NH water killing the battery or something. I wear it over my gloves but under my suit so i dont know... they replaced it and that one lasted about 6mnts. I changed that battery myself and did a horrible job as it died after my next session. For the Rip Curls im on the 3rd not counting the one i ran over. They are smaller and lighter and give you all the info you need... tide, future tide, moon phase etc... the battery died on it after about 3 months and i had to send it back. I am on the replacement now... from what i hear most of the surf watches suck... Gshock seems to be the best, my buddy has one and has had zero ussues. they are just super big...
