Soooo it looks like the swell is filling in, it's 6-8 (maybe 9ft) at many spots in the area right now, in just a few hours it jumped up quite a bit. I wonder how much bigger it'll get?

I've had some dope sessions in the rain. It's straight up victory at sea right now. Solid soup mang. Can we please stop seeing winds in the 15-35mph range? For one day??

For REAL! The last two big swells we have gotten have been just insane winds. I like how if you go on Surfline it says good winds tomorrow in DE/MD area yet it's going to be 30-40mph, Doesn't matter it's offshore - its TOO much!

Winds right now are NNW at 20 in our area, which may not be too bad. Could clean up a little this afternoon.,

This is nasty transition weather from Fall to Winter. Windy, wet, cold, and angry. The limited time I lived right on the beach in NJ was when I experienced it best. The wind would blow clear through the house during a good storm. A trip to 7-11 was an event. I would go for runs at night during a noreaster on the beach in 50MPH winds and rain, just to do it. It was spooky. You'd see weird stuff wash-up in the middle of a storm (dead seals, turtles, etc).

Wind doesn't look too bad at some spots too, 10 mph WNW / NW aint bad at all! Who got some this morning? I wanna know what i'm missing! I'm actually not too bothered about missing it though, i've gotten tons of surf in lately so i'm not too jealous, but I am curious. Hey FL & SI Surfdoggs, what's the deal yo?
