    Things like this make you wonder if it's ever worth regulating people anymore. Can't have a simple verbal altercation or even a good old fashioned fist fight, nope, gotta pull a gun and shoot people over something so trivial. Such a shame, hope he makes it.

    phukd up sheeeiiiiiit.said he tried to tell some guys who were doing drugs near some kids to beat it and 1 of them pulled out a gun and shot him 3 times in the stomach.crazy world,thats why I never get involved with other peoples business,u never know what could happen.

    most sports people get paralyzed from broken backs like football,drunk accidents,shyt happens.but nothing really ever happens to surfers,which is good.someone will drown every 15 years surfing big waves,but that's about it.it would be a shame to see someone like jjf get paralyzed by getting hit by a drunk driver,or some loony slater fan shows up to the us open and shoots slater in the head like some nut did to dimebag Darrel(pantera).luckily nobody is obsessed with great surfers

    even then its not as bad as there.
    lots of catholics thus no b/c or abortion.
    excess children - especially boys - cut loose to the streets.
    subsequently executed; frequently by police.

    I once saw a couple of guys yelling at each other in the water. They ended up paddling in opposite directions and everyone just kept surfing.
    Pro or not Pro, someone defending the beach and getting shot is just abysmal.
