Good old city pier. Miss PCB and its semi secret local spots of which I'll leave nameless. Is Robert Davis still shapping for peeps down there?
Buxton was good. Hoping for a smaller cleaner session tomorrow morning. Water was above 50 for sure, probably 53-55. Didnt really need gloves, maybe 2 mils, and you could def leave the hood off for a while no prob.
NickM - could you change your avatar? the amount of people he murdered just yesterday..... is a frontal assault on human decency. i don't know your story but I DOUBT you buy into that.
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! (just what that prick did ystsy alone shocks and sickens me). and most of the free world.
Yesterday was pretty fun. I got out early to check a few spots waiting for it to settle down a bit and for the tide to drop some. That turned out to be a little bit of a mistake because the wind got much stronger and direction took a turn for the worse but all the elements came together again towards the end of the day so I ended up surfing a marathon session. All in all a good day with some legit size.
I originally had it up when the Olympics were going on. Purely to make fun of his glare. Dude is a murderer no doubt.
I used to surf there sometimes when the crowds were in full effect. I think the climb down deterred a lot of people. It was great for a few years then never seemed to do much the last 5 years I was there. Glad to see it doing it again, it was a blast.
First time at the inlet in over a year...surprisingly pretty thin this afternoon...long mailable lines coming off the jetty peeling all the way to the beach...ah 80 degree water and air in about two weeks
I was toying with the idea of going there. I was a few towns north and the longer periods just weren't working.
