Off Shore Drilling Meetings....get off your buts

Doesn't piss me off. In fact, I kinda like offshore drilling!! Can you tell me which companies are doing it so I can invest in them. Please include stock market symbols and todays price quote per share.

Thanks for the heads up...I am there.....of course there are both sides to every coin but me thinks we should be looking at sustainable options before we start drilling up our coast...we don't need another BP Gulf or Exxon Valdez happening in our front yad!

 

Believe it or not, more oil actually spills into U.S. waters from natural sources and municipal and industrial waste than it does than from offshore oil and gas drilling. Copied and pasted

 

Yeah, look all the great things it did for the gulf coast! I'm sure it will be profitable for a handful of corporate focks and their investors. Screw the general population and their livelyhoods therer's profit to be made! I feel sure BP and other oil corprations won't stop destroying the enviroment so by all means invest in the demise of the future of the oceans.

 

And I want to elaborate, I just posted some facts, I am not saying I am for it.

 

You obviously don't surf nor give 2 schitts or a fug about anything in or around the ocean. I'll be at the sheriton in Norfolk on the 11th if you want to discuss this further.

But, as I have written before, each person controls their own destiny.
Now, with the price of oil/barrel as low as it is, it will be a long while before drillers show up of your beach house.

this seems sustainable, I mean, I am sure oil will last forever and is safe to extract and use, everyone saying lets drill, what a great world to leave to your offspring.

I am sure 7>>8 billion people consuming half-billion year old trapped sunlight is a course of action that can last well into the future.

 

Invent something that works better, I will buy into it. I am all for solar; but nobody has solved the equation as of yet. In my opinion, the solution equation to solar lies in nuclear technology. When they do, good bye oil, good bye wind.
