VB, how I love thee, let me count the ways: tourists in the summer, cops in the winter with no tourists to push around, enormous military presence (resulting in higher guy to girl ratio; apply basic supply-demand to this situation and what do you get: expensive and low-quality product), ecsc in the middle of prime tourist season/ flat season to act like they are a surf town but anyone acquainted with the surf laws here knows it is complete bs, incessant and recurring beach expansion, and oh yeah.......anyone who has ever surfed VB waves knows that they speak for themselves. I heard it said once that "VB is not a surf spot but a liquor store," honestly, can you blame us.
