I would bet my paycheck, maybe several of them, that his employment sheet isn't as long as his Rap Sheet!

Did MLK burn down Selma? Did they loot when they marched on Washington?
Anyone on here who has read my posts knows my history with the men in blue and my past incarceration. The MEDIA is shoving sh!t down the throats of this country and we all are swallowing it like Jenna Jameison and I mean on both sides of this fight. Cops have been beating on folks since the first badge was issued. Rioting has been a part of the American political and cultural landscape since the first colonies were founded. Somehow in modern times we think we have risen above that. Cops are still beating on people (black AND white). Angry mobs still form and get out of control.

This might be an interesting read, the author seems to be addressing the argument you're making:

I just wonder how many of the idiot's that are on camera, looting, throwing stuff at the police, setting fires etc...
even know the guys name that is dead?
The guy who gave them the opportunity to protest (Riot and Destroy stuff).

The funny thing about this, everyone is arguing about police corruption. Who is going to be held accountable for the the rioting and looting.... oh, yeah, no one! It's becoming the proper thing to do. We are mad at the police, lets go rob and loot the community! There were problems on both sides of this one, the guy was breaking the law, the police used excessive force, but all anyone sees, is the police. It is very unfortunate that the guy died, but he made a decision to break the law. Just like Brown, once again, its unfotunate that he died, but this kid was no angel like everyone made him out to be. If I went out and acted the way these individuals acted and i was shot, killed, etc. I would not expect my parents/friends to make me out like some angel. "yeah, we are extremely sad that Zero was killed and its also sad that he put himself in that situation, he was no angel!" I am not dismissing the officers actions, yeah, there are a lot of corrupt officers out there, but there are a lot of corrupt people, too! Okay, i'll stop because this $hit pisses me off to the point I can't see straight!

Soooo, looks like we are getting some waves this weekend! woot woot

well, THAT is a whole other discussion :) and Zero, i've been pretty consistent that the looting is idiotic. Personally at this point, I would issue a shoot on sight order for anyone out after curfew.

There's no one answer, but I think saying abandon the community and let them police themselves is laughable, as it implies the whole community supports the rioting, or that a majority should suffer from the actions of a few.

What about the Mom who slapped the sh!t out of her kid when she cauth him rioting? should she have to fend for herself when they withdraw, according to that asinine suggestion?

What do you mean by held accountable? There have been over 200 people arrested...

I saw that this morning, and I shed a tear for that kid when his mom ripped his mask off and his face was revealed. He'll never live that down.

Sorry for my lack of updated info, i hadn't heard latest numbers. (this is why I usually stay quiet. LOL) But, are they going to pay for the damage done? No, they will get a vandalism charge and be on their way

It will be interesting to see how many arrests there are in the coming days based on video and photo evidence. It seems like here in NY they regularly use facial recognition software in combination with surveillance footage, I wonder if Baltimore is on that level.

so you're asking the same citizens you marginalize and malign to act more civilized and responsible than the ones that hold the power to punish with impunity....starting to sound a lot like MIS and the responsible community ideals/police oneself theory, I think
