As long as we're on the subject of Canadian breaks: what's the deal with the locals up there in the Maritimes? Over here, there's a handful of breaks on Van Island that has a pretty fierce localism issue. Canucks think of Americans as uneducated cowboys. They are also more than willing to scrap, and from what I've seen, many of them are pretty good at it.

i can scrap and I will throw down very hardcore. Im talking fukin sonic ear clap and rapid gut punch vicious. Canadians with rat beards don't concern me. however im very respectful in the line up and i always wait. so Nova Scotia should reward me greatly.

KR, Canucks are for the most part the most happy-go-lucky culture out there. They're a bunch of characters and I've made friends with many over the years as odd as they are. Most are down for a good time and to bring others into it. I'd have no hesitation on infiltrating a BC lineup.
