Hurt my back bad, at work today . Waiting on mri results, possible herniated disk, why this week ? Anyone else ever injured like this before? Any advice? Damn it Damn it Damn it.
My dad had back problems like that and then he found out he had a disc problem at L5 or L4 and he had surgery. Depends where on your spine your talkin about. Obviously lower back will be more tough to heal.
That sucks buddy. I just had my first post-slipped disk session in 3 months yesterday. I had a disk pop out at the base of my neck and it pinched the nerve that controlled the strength of my right arm. Kinda scary...lost about 30% of the strength in my arm and hand. BUT, I'm back baby, and got some shacks yesterday! My advice, go see a doc as soon as humanly possible. you'll probably get some steroids to reduce the swelling around the disk, and then it's time for physical therapy. It'll take a while, but you'll come back bionic just in time for the hurricanes. Obviously if it's real bad you may need surgery, but I'd avoid that at all costs. Good luck
walked up on some guy breaking into my car 2 weeks ago this past thursday! Cold clocked the sh*t outta him, didnt get away with any of me stuff, but left me with a fractured 4th metacarpal. Figured i'd sit out the shack-fest of yesterday and ended up catchin a few fun little guys at Assateague today. Heavy amounts of tape and a nig-rigged removable arm cast did the trick for me today. luckily i didn't further injure it. oh well, i'm young and dumb what else can i ask for; except a little self-medication via mother earth
Good for you man great story. It's definitely a good feeling catching somebody like that. Cool that you got the waves today too.
Thanks all, don't give in to your boss when he says" this has got to be done " nothing worse then watching on the beach, runnin over that sh*t in your head .
