Been a while since we done one of these, but 'm bored as shyte with flat/choppy mess, and it's a holiday so cook, drink and eat...5 hours for the ribs and 2 for the carribean bangers on the smoker, glazed and finished here on the grill for about 20 min what you got?
do that all week....swimming's been had, a run, yoga, n some lifting sessions - got done benchin your moms n this is all i gots left to do...salute!
Hey Pier, looks good man!! I did some country ribs yesterday, too. Dry rub, then in the fridge for about 2 hours. Toss on the grill on high to get some char, then wrap up and put in the oven for 2 hours. I prefer a slower cook, but I was working on the boat and ran outta time. They still turned out good. Ps, yeah, I could use some waves, too
