Whats up with this?? Is the 'south of hatteras gulf stream upwelling' just missing jersey altogether and going straight into the NE?

People are still wearing 4/3s with gloves in Jersey and still claiming it cold, in the NE states, we've been using 3/2s with no boots for the past 2 weeks!!

3/2 maybe but no boots is a complete fabrication gommet, I surfed for two hours yesterday with no gloves and thought my hands were going to fall off.

Sunday was too hot in 4/3, kept on flushing every 10 mins . No gloves and 3mm boots an overkill. Waiting for the 3/2. That should be perfect.

Wear sun screen guys, red face day 2

    You must be quite obese.....
Water temp today, according to bouys, in NH, is 49*F. Too cold for lean persons to be in a 3/2.

    See ya later, porky......

And for the record, 55 degree year round temps would not only be accepta-ble to me, they would be prefera-ble...

Air was cold this morning, I lost motor function in my hands and couldn't get my bike key off of my wetsuit's key loop. Must've looked like an idiot unlocking my bike with a key attached to my leg.

This was a pointless thread. RI water temps correlate closely with NJ/NY and are incomparable to the rest of New England.
