Might have been the same dude who surfaced between me, on the way in from the waves, & the beach at AI wild side last wknd.

He was trolling in the trench; dorsal surfaced at least 4 times for extended surface slides. Def the man in the grey suit. Seemed pretty mellow & he meandered off on a southerly heading.

waves were teeny up in moco but went out anyway and one dude said he saw a young shark right were i was spinning, I said no way. On my last wave I saw the outline as I was going down the line. 4 feet maybe, scared the ****ens outta me

This might go down as the sharkiest summer ever on Delmarva. The bay behind assateague is loaded with sharks and rays this year. Saw a guy flip a 4 foot long shark into his boat right at the AI bridge. That thing went nuts and was tearing up the boat, I could hear everyone screaming and running to the bow. It was awesome.

Unc is in SoCal this week. Saw a silhouette of a fish of about a legs length in the water this morning. I know the non-bitey sharks breed around now so maybe it was that one.....

Sharks eat boats. Sharks with bullet to head do not.

Pretty simple. Why would u bring a live shark onto your boat, people are crazy.

We have our share of them pesky sharks here too. This is a bit down the coast from me.

Between that and seeing a 12 ft hammerhead tear a 150 LB tarpon in half in one bite while trying to release it, they aren't to be taken lightly. Also the bull sharks around here are treacherous. Tampa bay is one of the leading nursuries for sharks. Bummer

If Irish Riviera is code for rich beach with green and white logo, then yeah, just north of there.

I caught a solid 3'-4' atlantic sharpnose while i was down on Edisto Islan SC. My girlfriend didn't get in the water the rest of the time... kind of a bummer but the fight was so worth it. I use fingers and ears for bait.

Some kid got bit on the foot about 150 yards from where I was surfing at the Surf City NC pier yesterday. Bite radius was 7 inches so I'm thinking black tip or spinner. Fockers are everywhere in these parts. I caught one last week. Waves have been pretty good in the early AM though.

Been surfing at Pacific somewhere between the pier and Old Man's twice, but scoring the best at La Jolla / Scripts. Got myself shoulder barreled up twice this morning before the day came and killed the shape.

Checked out Sunset... you boys are mad.

Went up to Delmar 15th yesterday and got skunked. Headed back down to La Jolla. Good shape didnt come back until dusk last night. Snagged a few.

    Saw Guttermouth play last Sunday!

I'm staying at a high class spa/inn in Little Italy called the Motel 6. Maybe you've heard of it. PM for my number if you wanna grab beers/session. Ill be doing a little stand up this weekend too...

Exploits: tattooed Caucasian, Mexican (but very American), Brazilian. But in all fairness, each one was a C- at best. 1am Tinder last call type hook ups.

    another phucking shark thread!!!???

breaking news, squirrel sighting reported in a tree!!!!everybody run!!!!!!!!

I went fishing over the weekend with the father in law, bunch of baby sharks, sand sharks, which aren't a threat, but yea old man cant cast out too far so those little fishies are like 30 ft off the sand.the old man tried a new hook ,some really inhumane looking hook, like the half arc with 4 hooks coming out of it,like a circle with hooks....anyway first bite was another damn shark,i say yea throw him back...

now the old man,the person he is,i told u guys about how u hangs cats, shoots dogs, absolute animal hater piece of shyt but he is my buddy and family by law,to take the hook out,he jabbed a knife through the sharks head, came out the other side, then proceeded to cut his jaw off to get the hook out.so im like ok il be the one to set them free,no more work for u.so we caught like 4 more in 2 hrs or so,i unhooked them immediately tossed them back so they can grow into maneaters u guys all fear, last one I threw back I threw him by his tail and I think I snapped his spine or whatever sharks have,he didn't float back towards shore, but I felt really bad about hurting a shark.

i feel the same for all animals.i love fishing, but i try to catch something i can eat, like fluke or stripers.then the colder season, only the blues are out,and i like to fish for them because they put up a fight.i don't eat the blues so i throw them back.same thing with sharks.point is u shouldn't fish if ur not going to eat it,and u shouldn't shoot a deer in the woods if ur not going to take him home and eat him.if u kill an animal and leave it to rot wherever it is,then u are a piece of crap

I learned long ago not to bring a shark or Ray into the boat. The closest I came was grabbing a 4 footer by the tail and that thing flipped around and tried to bite be like a snake, never again.
