Holy crackers Batman! What a great night of fights. Really high level stuff. I kept stopping and slow-mo'ing stuff all night. TJ is like a freaking viper with hands. I think he's P4P one of the best in the world. Insane striking, wrestling, grappling, cardio, tactics, strategy, everything. I counted 22 strikes in a row at the end. And against a guy who's 35-1 against everyone one else in the world not named TJ Dillashaw. Every fight was excellent, great card.
You got that right! And the best part was it was free. To do that not once but twice to who was once considered P4P #1 in the world is impressive. I knew he'd finish the fight this time too, he's only getting better which is scary. Wait till he peaks, he's just getting started I think.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0HQqXllXpfQ hey enjoy some salad. Mac is making some really great music these days. Despite the hipster idiot appeal this stuff sounds pretty good for a jam band sound.
For Mr metard... got this in my head today, along with salad days...

Saw the title and got excited, thought this thread was going to be about Minor Threat. It was not. Am disappoint.
I have a place near me, they have a salad with pulled pork on it. Trust me, you will not be hungry 15 minutes later!
Probably my favorite quick weeknight dinner, considering all factors such as prep time, cost, and maximizing gluttony while minimizing getting fatter, is a salad with the following: a couple cups of greens (usually spring mix), a couple slices of red onion, 3 sliced jalepenos or serranos, 2 oz of goat cheese, 3 tbsp. of a homemade champagne vinaigrette dressing, and 1.5 pounds of grilled boneless skinless chicken breast (lemon-oregano marinade). Roughly 1,100 calories, 168g of protein, and I usually can barely move for at least an hour afterward. And I'm a big dude and can eat more than pretty much everyone I've ever met (haven't met any serious competitive eaters though, nor do I have any interest in that sort of thing). If I'm really, really, REALLY hungry I'll up the chicken to two pounds for an extra 250 calories and 52g protein.
Taco salad with beans (not refried), seasoned beef and cheese. You won't be hungry again for quite a while. NJsurfer30, you sound like a weightlifter.
Only when there's no waves and I can't ski or mountain bike. So given where I live, the current season, and current financial circumstances, yes. The bench press statements in my intro tread fell into the portion that was actually true. Now I want a taco salad. I'm a big believer that if a salad doesn't have at least a pound of meat on it, it's not a real salad. I love salad.
