raw'easters are better than cane swells all day.i seen one of my spots came back to life yesterday, theres a nice outside sandbar pretty far from the beach, but considering theres like 10ft of beach, its really not that far out.took 3 years but it was worth it,not the replenishment but the wait lol

anyone know how the replenishment affects the fishing?why am I only catching baby jaws?

It CAN help, but it depends on the amount and texture of sand they use for "replenishment". At one time in the late 1990's, they used a fine-grained sand to replenish parts of Delaware beaches - and after a few storms, there was a notable improvement in the quality of the breaks - then they repeated the process and used a coarse grained sand with lots of pebbles, small rocks, gravel, etc. and much of it was too heavy to move back into a good sandbar beach break - they essentially ruined many of Delaware's breaks. Keep your fingers crossed!
