    Be careful, they seem so beautiful and charming but they will rip out your heart , step on it, and drop it in an Osterizer. Oh wait - my bad! I thought you said "new to BROADS"!

    Yeah I'm familiar with the sarcasm on these boards. People get all tough on the internet, have nothing else to do, I get it. If that's what floats your boat, then have at it. It doesn't really bother me. I mostly surf lido/LB area, but have family out in mtk, so when it gets good I typically head out that way. Wanted to see how many others are on this forum that surf these area's.

    I only can swim with a life jacket on. Hasn't let me down yet.

    Ive got a little quiver, but typically ride 6'6 single fin old school australian surfboards (when they were actually made well). If it gets a bit bigger I ride a 6'4 brewer thruster. Small days 9'2 bing trimulux (currently down in Florida though :mad: ). I have some other boards but, like to switch it up mostly between the ones listed.
