Ha, exactly. Do you remember that surf shop on route 36 in the Atlantic Highlands? Eastbound side on the right? That's where I got mine, they plopped the board on a stand, drilled through the base of the fin, tied it on and sent me out the door, lol.
This is what has finally convinced me 100% that B-pitted is nothing but a troll with a lot of time on his hands. He definitely actually surfs... and he is quite likely a forum member; otherwise he wouldn't know so easily how to push the forums buttons. That shot of his turn on the mellow high tide wave? Probably not him. This whole leash fiasco? Definitely made up. His initial tattoeed water-tossing tale? Bullsh*t. Of course B-pitted made sure to have his initial story be blasphemous about rule # 1 of surfing. He also created a readily hateable character- someone who is only surfing when traveling for work- thus always a visitor and never a local. He approached the topic by seeking sympathy, rather than solely ranting, thus making the thread (and character) more sustainable (conflicting emotions generate more dialogue than one-sided rants). In conclusion, Bradpitted is not real. Stop eating his troll bait and he will go away for good.
slashies on to something I think sjb got fed up and is laughing from an alternate account he even trolled his nig seldom
I was wondering the same thing. Definitely didn't give it as much thought as you did, but this whole thread seemed too contrived.
slow clap..... clap..... clap.... the last horse finally crosses the finish line. lol you should go into writing books or screen plays. I have an alternative scenario. I'm interested in seeing things that are surf related issues and content on this site. If you go back and find one of my original posts I even suggest that we make a tips and tricks thread to share some knowledge. The leash issue has always bothered me. the thing comes pre-tied. and people go out of their way to untie it and attach it wrong. Sorry for trying to make a helpful suggestion on attaching a surfboard leash. In real life you might find BradPitted to be a little weird but Im a straight shooter even if it means being social awkward at times.
go on.... why am I a jerkoff? You don't even know me. Is it because you imagine yourself as that dbag neo nazi surf turd that I regulated? Im just one of those guys who plays fair until you start being a d&ck. too many times aggression and intimidation sour a surf session. I've been to enough spots on the east coast to have enough of it.
Brad, Just let it go man. No one cares about your leash etiquette. As long as a leash is worn, and you aren't dropping in on anyone, no one cares. On another note, if Im paddling out and I see an unmanned board getting washed in bc some joepro didnt wear a leash, I'm not snagging it for him. That thing can get hung up on the rocks, pier...whatever.
See...I suspected you where trolling too. Why is your leash on your right leg in Avatar? Where you surfing regular foot that day?
my avatar just like 99.99% of everyone else's is not a picture of me. But the picture I posted "out on the shoulder" is a screen cap from a video that I have of me. And no I'm not going to post the video.
My avi8tor, thanks to you, is now really me... or at least my bored and an outline of me immediately after taking it on the head. so, thanks for that...
