Is anybody else against wave pools? I mean yes, the idea is great but at the same time there are so many things that I hate about it. Any thoughts?

Yeah... a place like Typhoon Lagoon that gives perfect waves all the time... horrible.

I get it, perfect wave. But no skill of positioning, no search for waves and having that little nugget spot, and most man made waves are weak. Best man made wave I've seen is the one in Dubai in Electric Blue Heaven with Dion Agius, but he's like 5'2. If it could be perfected and made bigger that'd be rad but it's still beat bc it'd be so expensive. Have you ever been to Typhoon Lagoon? It's so expensive, might as well travel somewhere for waves.

Yeah I've been there. It's great if you want a break from all the hassles and just want to ride some nice big waves. Yes it is expensive, so it's best to make it part of a Disney vacation of something like that.

If you have your own wave pool, who will throw your stuff in the water? How will you perform sand reconne? Will you dump in your own pool? Will you still come on here and b_tch about tides and wind? Who will you whine to about the lack of crowds? So many questions...

Man what about the PH level? Did you throw some chlorine tabs in that thing or what?

I would hire local douches to throw my stuff in the water and to argue about the wind.what fun is it without all the action and drama?maybe even throw a few sharks in the pool for fun.also u need one of those drunk super huge guidos,so u can hit on his girl and then jump in the pool.guidos are afraid of water, its a threat to their hair
