as usual the big sets just close out you know...the 4foot ones that would be fun to ride. my beachie is all time right now but it cant handle the power. what about yall. its sad when a break cant handle 10secs... ill say your comment for you mis13... (back to my sister)...
rofl im heading down to central florida fk this. hey dude thats what happens when you live in ft laughter lol
Virginia Beach yesterday evening was actually pretty sick. Solid head high+ sets and draining rights. Still a little chop to it, plenty of rip currents and such, but for the most part, steep, meaty, rights. If only they were lefts... No sand reconne was performed.
Super high tides made sand reconne difficult. FB loosing a lot of sand. Nothing like finding previously submerged dock/walkover post. Waves have been okay for short periods. Tide is everything. Think it might actually help the break by moving some sand around.
Sweet. Heard early this morning was working over your way and a little crunchy on the inside. Got out Sunday and monday and it was fun but seemed to disappear when the tide fell. Probably picked back up later. It was a little funky due to tides but I'll take it. Hope to get out tomorrow morn. as well.
Hard to do when all your technicians (and most of the plant) start work by 6:30am. No big deal. I surfed for 3 hours on Sunday afternoon, and also about the same amount of time on Friday afternoon. I am looking forward to heading out after work today for some clean waist high fun. This week of great waves is killing my gym time.
you don't bring the bench press bar and weights to the beach with you? lol..good few days to take 1/2 day vacation days...
Not all that big really. I had never seen one before and it was smaller than I expected. It would probably fit in a typical backyard. Another SI member is planning to test it out at the end of the week. Perhaps he can gives ride report.
The Hindus love it. Actually, I am a regular in the gym on flat or blown out days. That is the only way I can stay in shape for surfing in this area. We all know the swell isn't good enough throughout the year to keep in shape.
