If you like to surf in Deal N.J.: pay attention!!!! Roosevelt st. low bagger Kook!!!

An unnamed surfschool runnin loser is tryin to have an ordinance enforced that there be no parking in deal for the beach goers and non deal resident surfers. This little trust fund piece of chit is trying to violate our beach access rights. They want our federal dollars to rebuild the beaches to protect their multi-million dollar homes. But dont want us there to enjoy the beaches and swells we deserve to surf and enjoy all year round amongst them. Basically "Thanks for the beach now dont come back" If you know this unnamed surfschool runnin biotch, Snake him, block him and basically make sure you sour every session at the pumphouse he tries to surf. Your days are done surfing peacefully behind your mansion !!!! friggin dumbazz!!! The real locals are taking their waves back.....

I hope this gets resolved for the surfers in NJ. Tried to sign your petition but since I don't Email, the petition won't let me sign on. Another jersey legal loophole... A- holes.
No longer a jersey res, but I know your anguish.
    Fight on!

Dude- can you just call out this guy?? It's been a while since I surfed up there regularly (10yrs+) and I don't think he had a surf school back then. I don't know who it could be... But it seems pretty far fetched that he would be able to pull this stunt off... Further more - back in the day -I probably use to clean and maintain his pool at his beach front mansion

Yeah, I second that, why don't you call him out by name?

What else needs to be said?!? A summer resident!!!

The guy is probably back in NYC or Staten Island or where ever now since it's October and surfing season is over...

This is messed up- ruining more of jerseys beautiful coast... I really hope they can overturn this thing...

Hey guys- even if you don't live in jersey- I hope you understand what's going on here and take the time to quickly sign the petition.... They have tried stuff like this in the past- like residents hiring ppl to paint thier curbs yellow so no one parks there. It doesn't even get that crowded (not like Belmar anyways)

Apparently it's this guy: Ruby Antebi?

Off social media: "Ruby Antebi the surfer/educator who believes this about people coming to his neighborhood to surf or see the ocean. Get this..

House Thefts: It is not only our beaches that are accessible to those living in the surrounding areas, but our homes. Those that frequent our beaches are spending more time than we think in our own backyards (literally). This freedom allows them to study the habits of our homeowners—which, once mastered, may leave them with an easy opportunity of theft."

I don't know about you, but I could care less about their habits. We have a right to that beach, all of it, 365 days a year.

Not much out there on social media, but here's the basic info that Deal wants to consider at their meeting on Friday AM at 9.

    https://www.change.org/p/deal-mayor...nce-1124?source_location=petitions_share_skip

"The Borough will hear arguments in support and against the proposed ordinance on October 9, 2015 at 9:00am. Please come and protect your right to access public beaches."

If you can make it, please attend, as this is flat out racist to us the tax payer that surfs and want access to all of the federally beach replenished sands of Deal, NJ.

    Thank you!

Seriously- who is surfing and planning on breaking into a house in deal? That's ridiculous. He has been watching Point Break too many times...

Tone it down aggrofaeg-bag, you'll pop an ovarie.

As per your new arch nemesis - just toss his sh1t into the water next time you see him. You know? Dump his bag, void his purse, evaginate his satchel, decompress his escape pod, unjam his hatch latch. Idgaf.

That being said, do you have to be a local to sign the petition?
