i cant help but to lure into the social media postings of the surf brand giants. and i find some disturbing discoveries sometimes, that social media does a wonderful job at making something seem very unruly homo sexualistic Posts of tHe Grain collaboration with sperry Things just seem super homo these days with marketing and brand pushing have a look- http://odyssey.sperry.com/grainsurfboards Whats up with shaping a twiggy dic.k dragger out in the forests of maine ? does maine even produce a good waves , i mean for reals? Some of u NH Boys should lend in on this, I've learned to distrust folks from maine, especially ones who drag dic.k and enjoy insanely overweighted water logged multi thousand dollar surf boards. ive also leaded to distrust people who often refer to surfing as "a slide session" or a "slip side" and people who say "dude" allot of the time in casual surf encounters. I had a casual encounter on craigslist last week, it didn't involve dudes or broads but a used surfboard transaction. I simply said "thank you kind sir" u see ppl lets ghet real now.
You had a "casual encounter" on Craigs List? Apey, dude, you may want to qualify that statement for the benefit of your reading audience. Lest we conjure up a vision of you wrapped head to toe in duct tape, forlorn & forgotten in a Maine barn, as chucka-boo-boo slathers on the 'sun block' & prepares to make his new latex dummy howl.
who the f*ck cares what other people do. worry about it when they drop in on you, otherwise waste your time on more productive things, like drinking and posting on the forum...
i am clearly sharing how it seems very gay is all, ya know to go off in the woods and shape a plank then twitter blast about it, i mean really? people who really surf could care less about this feel good social BS, its gut wrenching is all. Fools Progress sorry to offend you if you recognize with this type of behaviors.. Im just saying its sorta gay is all no offense or anything. bUt if ur acting like a homo ill say so, based on my own prejudice of course.
Maine is super homo, dude, and all yall fiberglassed, carbon fiber rail, epoxy humpin, sticky bumps rubbin brad pitted bros should just stop on 95 at the NH liquor depot and turn right to the Atlantic for your slide sesh....or we'll probably rape you in the mouth then corn hole yall with our unglassed grain boards
surfing needs more of these grain-type doodz. while they're so concerned about looking cool and "connecting with both ocean and man during their slide sesh," i'll be catching all of the waves. these types are not a threat in the lineup. they're only there to be seen and look cool; not actually surf.
Back to the real root of the problem. Maine does get good waves, but will not present themselves to closed minded folk such as yourself. I mean really Ape? Your unbridled hatred that you spew freely from the safety of behind your keyboard is quite pathetic. I'm not into the whole guys getting with guys thing, but I'm not quite sure that was the message they were trying to push in this video. Rephrase your hatred and you may get some additional positive feedback for your rant.
I completely agree, these nouveau surf hipsters are nothing to be worried about. They're like the so called surfers in Brooklyn or NYC who care more about mounting their $2k boards on the wall so they can show them off. When I do see them in the lineup they sit out of the way so they dont get any dings on their masterpieces. The ones to be worried about are the kooks who buy the new firewires or channel islands and think theyre hot sh!t or the grumpy old school guys who think they own the local spot.
these guys DO own the spot try paddling around them, lemme know it goes tacit hierarchies make the world a better place
