    That is some great perspective.

Interesting to see how well folks get along without the media telling them who they should hate.

    o barry.

You are letting radical Islam skew your view of an entire religion. I work with "leftists" Muslims every day (we have a development and manufacturing center in Turkey). They like Americans, and would give anything to live here. They want nothing to do with the extremists, and hate all the terrorist factions in the middle east. They are just normal good people, like most of us.

Or so they feign to be.....
I have no problem with Turks--I know quite a few, but the ones I know are NOT Muslims.
I don't have a problem with Islam alone, rather with ALL religions. It is time for them to fade away, disappear. They are the source of 99.9% of the worlds problems. And yet, humanity persists in their imbecilities. Moronic.

In what way does science allow for the supernatural measurement?
I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed and need clarification, but if something is supernatural and science is based on the natural, how can it measure the supernatural?
Can you give us an example or two of how science measures what you have so eloquently described as "Rubbish"?

Simply by measuring what can be measured negates the other side. Ying & yang, so to speak.
If you cannot measure it, it doesn't exist, OR, we have yet to come up with a suitable measurement for it.
But make no mistake...."supernatural" is an invention of the human imagination.

Ying and Yang, so to speak??
So, what you are saying is you can't measure supernatural and because science can't measure it, it doesn't exist and there is no possibility that it does exist?
    Spoken like a true human..
Like humans have never been wrong!!

I can understand that you don't want to believe in any kind of supernatural, but to totally close the door on any possibility of supernatural existence is about close-minded as it gets.

If there is a god, why is Greg Hardy a Cowboy and Tebow can't get a job?

I think he means everything supernatural is just a weird version of natural. Supernatural simply means unable to be explained by the laws of nature. Many of us believe that all things can eventually be explained by the laws of nature. I will use quantum physics as an example. This spooky region of science works outside the boundaries of traditional physics. A couple hundred years ago, this wasn't thought to be possible. Now, we know it is possible, and we know the laws of nature have less boundaries than we originally thought.

This is the issue/problem with your preaching. You are telling people not to think to much, act like a child. If everyone took on this philosophy what would the world be today. Use your brain and think about that. If we did not think, we may well be living back in the dark ages and ruled by a religous nut.

    Your reply reeks of "faith".
If you want to believe in spooks and goblins, do so.
I will stick to evidence; works for me.

What a crock o sh!t. You cannot know the gospel is real for a FACT! You can believe all you want but FACTS require proof moron. And the for or against him thing is the reason for holy wars. No moderation, no middle ground.

Yep, YOUR faith requires you to shut off your brain and be a mindless sheep.

Fuk You, you fuking piece of rotting pu$$y cheese.

Its nice to be a fly on the wall in this situation. The sad thing is that Cdog has it... Wayne... well wayne has a bunch of gobbledy gook floating around in his head... and he is the one "spreading the word"... Yikes...

Its never the guys that push it on other people and tell us what were supposed to do that truly understand higher powers.

I myself hold fast to morality.

No offense to you wayne, but you really do come off as the guy that's doing it for all the wrong reasons.

I simply asked you to provide the evidence that You said existed of science taking into account a measurement of the Supernatural..
I think you failed and can't explain yourself. Just say that and go on about your day, nobody will think any less of that answer.
This is an argument that has existed since time as we know it began.
There is no reason to belittle another person for what they believe. If you don't want to hear what they have to say, just walk away and hope that your right and they're wrong.

For the most part, I'm staying out of this...BUT...if you read The Spirit Molecule, the participants had a phrase, "you can be an atheist until .4"...I would amend to that .4 or 5 grams in silent darkness Mckenna stylee. I have no clue what it's all about or what's going on, but my personal experience demands me to conclude that there way more going on that we can imagine, and also that it's most likely way beyond our comprehension.

But Wayne, you are a masochist and I think you like to grind our gears. Opus dei?

"Fear will keep the local systems in line, fear of this battle station."
"This station is now the ultimate power in the universe. I suggest we use it."
"This technological terror you've built is nothing compared to the powers of the force."
"Spare us your sorcerer's ways Lord Vader. Your medieval religion has not helped you conjure up the stolen plans or ugh, umph, choke..."
"I find your lack of faith disturbing."
"Enough of this, Vader, release him!"
    "As you wish."

I am not belittling you for "faith". Humor, maybe.
You clearly misunderstood my reply. Many have tried, I am sure , to measure supernatural, but the true answer is--you cannot measure something that DOES NOT EXIST.
I am not inclined to prove a negative; waste of time.
But you in no way can prove the existence of ANYTHING supernatural. In fact, you cannot even define it. That is evidence enough that there is no such thing as supernatural, at least to a logical mind. Otherwise, your thinking is "faith based", which, if you wish to pursue...go right ahead.
