Man, I don't know much about ear health, but what's going on? You feel a pressure difference?

Best thing you can do is start wearing earplugs now, all the time, windy or not.

It may not be in your ear, at least the outer ear.
How long has this condition been going on?? Most situations are self-resolving. Can you give it a couple of weeks??

    Here's my medical advise:

take a q-tip and jam it down deep, do full rotation counter clockwise, push in a little further, rotate clockwise 180 degrees, remove q-tip and put band aid on bleeding ear hole.

    Trust me, I'm a doctor.

    Surfers ear.

    Wear ear plugs when surfing

Clean out ears with with magic mixture 50:50/ peroxide:vinegar
Use a syringe to drop a good amount on magic mixture in eat with head tilted, works best in shower.
Let magic mixture sit and fizz for a few min.
Use syringe and water to rinse magic mixture out.
Watch all the junk that come out and now you can hear better too!

It really works, I use the magic mixture for time to time

Sounds like you might need your ears drilled.

You could seek medical attention with you local dr

Or- if you have Obama care and can't afford treatment- apparently the procedure can be preformed in your garage with a cordless hammer drill. There is a instructional YouTube video online

White vinegar is good stuff, I've used it for years to kill bad stuff in the ears. I think HO added would be cool. I like to hear the fizz. Snap crackle pop and the germs all die.

I had to start wearing plugs or stop surfing for sinus issues. With Doc Pro plugs, I can hear fine out there.
