Ocean City is closed this weekend... They close the entire area down the weekend before Thanksgiving. I thought this was common knowledge?

Looks fun today; if you're heading to assateague make sure you hit it on the right tide, and that there's no waning/waxing gibbous moon -because that's when the ponies are at their most aggressive as their periodic ritual sacrifice is approaching.

There will be surf but conditions will be crap until sometime sunday when the wind turns. Dont believe the reports when it says NW wind at 10-15mph. Thats what the report said last night at midnight, woke up to howling nnw wind blowing yesterdays waist + swell to total sh*t this morning.

Delaware. (zip code) If conditions are good here, it makes it hard to make the trek to OC or ever harder for Assateague

I was out yesterday here in Delaware. Surf was kind of mushy but fun. Then went over to the other side of the inlet for direct onshore winds. Caught some nice death drops and battled the redonkulous current and chop for about an hour, it was sheety, but I still had fun with it. Then went back over the inlet for about an hour. All in all, it was a fun day. Hardly anyone out!!
