    As much as I like Alana Blanchards ass it ain't surfing . Dont by Quicksilver by hick silver my new brand it comes in classic camo. Oh and Kelly Slater such a sellout you're nothing but a businessman n board shorts. And look at O'Brien doing all the stupid **** to try to make money you're nothing more than a surf clown everyone needs throw tomatoes at him. Don't buy into the major surfing corporation don't spend money on a stupid products all you're doing is finding the machine it's like given money to hitler .

    This wave pool humpin mfer. Andy irons wasn't a hero he was just getting ****ed up let everyone else but his heart couldn't take it. Respiratory depression from to many downers he ignored the golden rule. Even surf Lourdes have drug rules. Oh bye the waye just red abortion is at a record low idgaf.

    Wade Carmichael seems like he's from another planet than most of these guys. His surfing and personality at Haleiwa seemed so grounded (to me anyway) compared to most of the guys who surf like every wave is just an opportunity to get that one 1/1000 of sec photo op, and the rest of the wave, really the entire event, is just a setup for something showy. Minor miracle that he could win a major event with his style.

    How is he a sellout for starting his own clothing line? He said it's not geared toward surfers. He does not not have an Outerknown sticker on his board.
    He wanted to start is own (non-surfing related) clothing line and he did. You never hear him talk about it in interviews. He doesn't push it at all.

    If he was a sellout, he would have stuck with Quik for the cash... He's actually the opposite of a sellout

    Yeah but why else would you start your own clothing line? for money... Regardless of the demographic he targets or how he markets it, he's a sellout.
