Be very happy that Hilary or "Socialism" Sanders is not in the White House. Which would be a nail in the coffin for our country as we know it. I like trump because he's not a politician and a lot of his "entertaining" policies actually make sense. Yes we need to militarize our border and build a wall, just like many other countries have it makes perfect sense and Ron Paul was a big supporter of this also. We need to protect our nation from Muslims( I don't hate any group, but during this time that specific group happens to be a threat so sorry muslims, you can't come here!!!!) and so many other things. We are on the verge of WW3 and all the left cares about is Political correctness?????!!!!

 

Trump says vaccines cause autism, and used a fake story about a little kid to appeal to emotions. No vaccine is mandatory for adults. Vaccines are only mandatory for kids that want to attend public school (and influenza vaccination isn't part of this). Trump is a dumb ass for perpetuating vaccine myths. You really should read up before commenting on these things. Especially the BS about minorities voting for trump. No polls I have seen show this to be true.

Here's a fun fact: We're in the midst of a demographic shift in this country. By 2045, whites will no longer be the racial majority. Like it or not, our current cultural and political climate has been largely shaped by the baby boomer generation. That is changing- as we speak. See exhibit A, Black President.

Anyone talking about Trump as a realistic candidate has a very poor misunderstanding of our country's history, political process, and demographics. Unless all the other candidates succumb to death, dismemberment, or major scandal, there is no chance that Trump will make it.

If you want to look at a good indicator of who will be the candidate- look at what has traditionally predicted the candidate- Endorsement by Congressmen, Senators, and Governors. As documented on Nate Silver's excellent blog, you can see here that Hillary, with 454, will almost certainly be the Democratic candidate. The Republican Frontrunner is Jeb, with 46, followed by Rubio, with 33. Trump doesn't even have one endorsement; Bernie Sanders has two.

Also remember, never before in the history of our country have we elected a president who never previously held office.

So, looking at historical precedent, Trump has less of a chance of being president than Bernie. So lets get real people. There's no way it's going to happen. Thankfully, for the sake of the United States of America.

I didn't know he said that about vaccines just that he said it might be best not to take all them at once. Our own pediatrician recommended not giving vaccines all at once. There actually are polls. You just have to look. Many group (legal latinos even though illegals manage to somehow vote) have come out in great numbers. There are several studies that show african americans support trump because illegals are taking low wage work. Just do a search and you can find it. If I have time, I will look later for you.

 

I have college friends that are Muslim, and they are completely harmless. If we are going to start discriminating based on religion, we should start with Christianity. How many people have died because of Christian fundamentalism?
FYI, Sanders is a democratic socialist. Pretty much exactly the same as most of Europe. The EU seems to be surviving ok.

Even thought I agree with his views on illegal immigration which has to be fixed by someone or we will turn into a **** hole, I still won't vote for him and the reason you mention is why. I don't want Trump declaring war when someone insults him. Both Bush and Obama have made the presidency into more of a dictatorship where they can essentially bypass congress and send us to war directly. In the past, congress would have to pass a declaration of war but not in our new dictatorship. I actually liked Ron Paul but not his son. In the end, it doesn't really matter. Democrat or Republican will declare war, steal from middle class to redistribute, treat illegals better than veterans. The American Dream baby, **** it.

Trump speaks in Front of a crowd the way people speak in private. There is no polish, no hours of practice to get it right. Its just pure raw thoughts. Thats why people like him. We all say things to each other without knowing all the facts and in a conversation someone more knowledgable would call you out on a mistake and give you a chance to correct yourself. How many people have you spoken too, friends or family, that say something stupid and you cut them off. I can see it now, "sorry mom but im calling bull**** on that statement and your out of my life, period." When there is a terrorist attack its not out of the ordinary to say "why cant we stop these people from entering the country?". After you calm down you realize that there might be reasons why that cant be legally done. Trump is just saying it without pulling his punches and being politically correct.
