The media is too busy covering Trump.

I have a stack of old newspapers next to my fireplace that i use as fire starter. It's always amusing to read the headlines from several years ago, no less dire than today. It's a good exercise in perspective.

I think western civilization is strong enough to withstand ISIS and a handful of radical Muslims. I don't see things spinning out of control as you seem to be suggesting. I'm sure that in 3 years I'll be rereading these headlines and saying "oh yeah, remember that?"

Gotta laugh at misguided and misinformed sheeple who attempt to cleverly spin feelings of anger into "fear".

It's not "fear", it's "anger". Vis a vi, "fear" makes you run while "anger" makes you fight. It doesn't appear Towelie is running...more like he's angry enough to fight.

    Is that analogy clear enough?

the media is too busy covering what it's being told to cover. independent journalists literally die on the frontlines.
want proof? research media coverage and field journalism during the taking of "independence square" in Kiev, and battlegrounds in eastern Ukraine. oh speaking of, i guess you dont know what's happening with that, allow me.
talking about refugees again, what about ukrainian refugees attempting to cross border to western europe?
they are met with neuro gas and dogs at the polish border. NOT covered by media... how convenient. wheres UN? nowhere, cause its not a hot issue. next.

isnt that nice the little sheltered life you've grown accustomed to?
let me guess... got a job...a little family, enjoying surfing at leisure...wow you got it tough. isnt it nice that the world continues to "work itself out" around you and provide you with all the comfort you're enjoying. sh1t, you dont even need to bother looking around and listening...

Yeah Towelie... smoke a joint and lighten up.

Seldom posts a comical circus freakshow, which is somehow part of our hyper-mediated joke of an 'election,' and all you can manage is a rage-fueled rant on immigrants?

I'm not saying immigration isn't an important issue... but if that's your only response to a goose-stepping parade of children singing patriotic songs, it's pretty clear which flavor of kool-aid you're consuming. (FYI people, all the flavors are bad for you).

You surfing tomorrow? There's waves .... just hoping the dreaded sectioning West wind backs off...

This religious war has been going on since the beginning of mankind.

It just so happens that in todays world you cant scratch your nuts without someone thousands of miles away knowing about it and making a call to expose it.

A radical personality aint gonna change ****. Sure the news might talk about something else for a bit, but none of this is new.

Towlie, the american dream is what again?

seems alot of people have different opinions on what that just may be. Go ask them bundy fellers, they seem to have a much different opinion than I.

Humanity is a dying species. And personally, I am okay with that.

Looks like it's not gonna fill in before the wind goes bad...

Gonna try to get on it now anyway, maybe I'll see ya out there.

I'm surprised to hear you surf 73rd, 90's has been breaking way better. And the bars in the 60's have been horrible lately... all there is is tiny shorebreak or waves so fat you can't catch em with a log. I don't get it but that place has been total trash all winter. 60's has to be the worst spot to surf on LI.

That's why I'm on 73rd and sometimes 84... Easier access and seems to be working mid and high tide. You're right about the bars being messed. It's a shame.

I'm at work till sundown today anyway, tomorrow morning is what I'm shooting for

Towelie have you ever left the United States let alone the state you live in? Have you ever been around people different then you? Reason I ask is that it seems like all your 'life examples' are around what you have watched on tv or read on the web. Holy sh!t a girl was attacked in France, that means all a billion plus of them want to kill us? Get a f-ing life. I have spent the majority of my life around Muslims. They have been my employer, employees, neighbors, and classmates of my kids. Are they different, sure but not one of them have ever been a threat to me, ever. So in short, yes you are a racist in every way. But it really isn't your fault 100%, you simply don't have the life experience to know better.

I look forward to your reply based on your screen time view of the world. Pathetic but typical.

Totally misheard/mis...read? me man. To answer all of your questions at once in a single sentence:

When I was 12, my two of the best friends (I had 7) at the school I used to go to in München - Shamso, from Iraq, and Shivan from Iran, and I fasted together during Ramadan.
    Go **** yourself.

And I bet they would be ashamed of what you have become. A racist that will judge a billion people on the actions of a small few.
