Crazy thing, I've fished within 10 miles of that buoy, I couldn't imagine being out there with 20+ foot swells
i was trolling surflines cams today and noticed the belmar area was set to peak today at the famed 23' mark. figured id share haha.
I'm assuming EVERYONE is out today. Haha just watched the roc cam 8-12+ bombs whaaaat. muy grande, from my knowledge of the jetty - that one is at least 10 feet. At least. Most likely more. If you're paddling out today - be safe, bring 2 towels, just in case. Triple know the leg rope. Take your BEST previously severed but freshly repaired and now better than ever gun, do the sand raccoon and all that. Paddle out fins up...
NH is getting large chop due to strong NE asashola winds. They are forecasted to change to NW, which is favorable here. But, it is 20*F with wind chill about zero. I am running a fever, sneezes, sniffles etc, sooooo, I think I will pass on this chopmeister that is out there today. Maybe mañana......
