Too much rubber!

    Think you answered your own question...work out some more and lift a bit (reps & light weight for no bulk and a little cardio)

    Even if you don't put the extra mms on, your gonna put a layer of something on so you might as well stick with what works...

    I have a oneill mutant and that works great paired w/some pataguch r4 gloves & boots

    Hit some exercise and mix it up so you don't get bored...it'll pay off

    i haven't had any of their thinner suits so I can't compare. I was thinking about grabbing the 232 though, so thanks for that.

    i have the 454 i-evade and its a pain to put on and take off... which is why I kept breaking the fixed end of the zipper last year getting my right shoulder through. a piece of the slider chipped right off so it wouldn't stay on the track. haven't had a problem with it since getting it repaired. it is super tight around the forearms and legs where they have the compression strips or whatever they're called, but i haven't felt more constricted than other 5 mils once it's actually on. it's warm as hell though.
