I love surfing. I love skiing, but slightly less. Nothing against snowboarders. I started skiing when I was four and never saw the sense in switching.

 

i feel like it's way more of a rewarding feeling when you're hiking. you feel as though you earned it. almost like having a tough paddle-out on a big day and catching a bomb, you worked for it. when you're riding lifts you're not working for or earning anything

Any of you dudes ever ride in the north cascades?

I have lived in utah, and Mt. Baker blew every session I ever had there out of the water. Just got back from a trip to washington, gathering intel on a future move.

Got to mountain bike one of the best trail systems in north america, and shred nipple deep powder the next day. The Cascades are no joke. Not to mention the ability to get surf within a short drive.
