It turns out the OP was refering to Nova Scotia which everybody knows is a two hour drive from south Jersey. The tunnel from NS to Hawaii does have a toll unlike the one from Vancouver.

Yes, basic geography can be quite daunting. You'll get the hang of it eventually just like the OP.

 

And no cold water Indo-like left points exist below the 48th parallel either.
