I tell all my stupid lost single male friends the same thing: join a yoga class. Maybe she won't steal your car.

I've been doing it twice a week for 20 years. I hate it. I wish I did it more.

    I'm not flexible, I'm gaseous.

One guru told me it's half effort, half surrender. Truth.

I like how I feel when the torture is over. All gumby and smooth.

I try to get to Yoga 2X a week. I throw an occasional pop up in, after an upward facing dog to make it even more surf related, much to the embarrassment of my wife...

i do yoga 3 times per week. I dont think it does anything for surfing as long as your in generally good shape but it does prevent injurys and helps any lower back pain. I started a long time ago because of my back and now no more back pain. i love it. plus some hit chicas come in with the yoga pants on and I pitch a tent in the back of the room (dont tell the wife).

Surfwise, yoga prevents injuries and gets you up on your feet quicker, especially as you get older.

The breathing and focus help in many subtle ways when things don't go as planned.

Plus the added benefits of the anti-oxis and getting local helps my allergies.

I can totally see you doing that man. In fact, wouldn't surprise me if you popped a lil wind once or twice.

Yeah I think it will help one of my biggest problem areas, flexibility from all the injuries I've had. It seemed to go above and beyond my normal stretching routine.

They offer a class here at work and it's got some talent in it, but they all work in HR...recipe for disaster for me. But hey I am on the job hunt, so maybe when I get that nailed down I'll take that class and go out in style!

Dayum. Bet she could up the swell shaking that booty. How much you think the bouy readings go up if she gets in the water and starts churning it up?

    Yeah, increase the swell...
