I'm all in favor of these guys having to climb the ranks more but you and I both know it's all about that $$$ for the UFC, so whatever makes the most $ is going to be what they do. There are lots of compelling match ups at 170 for him, not so much at 145, he ran through that division, nobody left that poses much of a threat, Aldo is the best option and he won't fight him again right now, or maybe ever. He wouldn't be fighting at 170 if Dos Anjos wouldn't of pulled out, and he's not going to fight a lesser opponent at 155 when he was two weeks from a championship fight, doesn't make sense. I'd like to see him and Frankie but i just think Conor would mop the floor with him, just my opinion. Frankie's got heart, but he's past his prime and injuries are taking their toll. No telling how he'll look after this groin tear. Tony Ferguson isn't on his level, he's a middle tier guy who probably will never hold a belt, just my .02

Totally agree with you on the Diaz bros. Nick is world class with his jitz but he refuses to use them, thinks he's Muhammad Ali and chooses to box all the time, even when he can't cut off the ring, i.e. Condit, speaking of, i'd like to see him and Conor, that might be worthy of a #1 contender fight for the next chance at the strap, that's if the UFC slows Conor's roll and makes him fight once more before going after Lawler.

I doubt a wrestler would give him too much trouble, now that hes been training with weidman, Hendricks looked silly when he tried to take him down

Who could mimic Apeman's style. The guy is in constant erratic movement.

True, but at the same time he was winning that fight but got careless, dropped his hands and was being too cocky and reckless. Had he of stayed patient and picked his shots he would of won that fight, but he didn't, he let his ego control him. Big night for the underdogs, surprised Meisha Tate finally got the belt. Glad I didn't put any money down, because I was dead wrong on both lol

Kudos to Nate for coming in on 11 days notice and winning like that, bloodied and all. He said it best, you should always be ready to fight, even on your worse day.

MMA is so awesome, gotta love it.

I hear you... But when he's fighting smaller dudes those shots are knocking them out. It's a lot easier to knock out a dude at 155 than it is at 170...
Good for Tate. Rhonda is psyched she doesn't have to fight Holm to get the belt back

Agreed, Nate is a tough out, seems he's coming into his prime, needs to stay focused and stay out of trouble, he can be great when he wants it. His bro too, so talented, just follow the rules and focus on winning fights. They are their own worst enemy. Would hate to see his piss come back dirty or some dumb sh*t. Conor will go back and be king at 145 and prob take a swing at Dos Anjos next. They put on a show though, can't ask for more than that.

Mcg probably gave up his neck instead of getting knocked out. He did recommend that those who were KOd stay out of the ring at least a year.

I wish I hadn't gotten locqued out so long, I've been dying to make the statement that I believed Holm was basically Buster Douglas, and that I've seen this happening for quite a while now.

I only wish that I had backed it up with some cash...but I've never had much luck at gambling.

Looks like Rousey's return to the cage may be on a faster track than originally expected. But don't expect the same fighter to return.
