bastille day sounds fancy Backside - sandwiches are made faster after a good backhander, you charmer, you Pump - it's my god given write to become spontaneously sh1tfaced on random foreign holidays. Although this does pose a dilemma for me personally because I don't like mixing alcohol with herb, it's a purist thing. Guac and tacos today at my house, plus cats in ponchos are hilarious SS - math is solid there
The only ethnic holiday I celebrate is Diwali for obvious reasons. Best night of the year to pick up chicks.
Yes, they will celebrate it and we will make them pay for it too just like the friggin' wall they're gonna build.
Alex Gray can eat tacos and surf... at the same damn time. http://www.surfline.com/surflinetv/events-and-promotions/cinco-de-alex-gray_137981
None of my Mexican friends celebrate Sinko day Mayo. They're to busy roofing houses. I can't be racist because my granddaughters are half beaner. Cute little taco benders they are, too! Seriously, my 4 year old granddaughter is teaching my wife Mexican... er, Spanish... They don't even celebrate may 5 in Puebla, Mejico. I know this because my attractive, female, assistant track coach is a wetback from Puebla... It's cool to be related to Spics by marriage... I can throw all these racist terms around and it feels liberating! Vaya con Dios, Vatos!
your hilarious dude. When I worked in food and beverage in Honolulu they would hype up Cinco de Mayo in Hawaii. It was always a pretty solid party day at all the bars and clubs...not many Mexicans though and I could never figure out why a bunch of haole Hawaiians were celebrating Cinco de Mayo
Scobey, how is "Casa De Bandini" in Old Town? I ate there back in the 80's it was outstanding. Portions were excellent.
Looks like that placed closed in 07, but another place with the same name is in carlsbad. I'll have to check it out if they're affiliated. Ever go to Lucha Libre by the airport in SD? That place is always packed (and good!)
The place in Old Town was an older architecture style building, which gave it a bit of "atmosphere". It appears for the website that the Carlsbad location is affiliated. zaGaffer may know the scoop. As far as Lucha Libre .. no, not that I can remember. I have not been to SD since the late 80's. Once ate at that KC BBQ place that was in "Top Gun". I can't remember what I had there .. was more of a thing where the people I was with wanted to check it out because of the movie.
