Nice--that means some defined circulation, not just a gathering of disturbances. Hope it turns north, and now!! Before it hits land!!
It was still a mess up here in N FL. Morning wasn't too bad from the looks of it but I wasn't able to surf this morning. Was gonna go this afternoon but it was a washing machine. Offshore tomorrow morning though so it should be good.
That was pretty much my experience at the secret but crowded inlet a ways south of you. Definitely got better as the water got deeper. Despite having to share with aboot a hundred of my best surfin' buddies, I still got shiploads of fun rides. Ready for some more tomorrow.
Dream on, B. "Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days." National Hurricane Center
This system does not seem to be organized enough to bring anything impressive, maybe it will scare the shoobies away.
Yeah the swells already gone it was here one day gone the next it's all South Carolina works and the shoe bees are in mass numbers your prediction is ****..
Fair enough. Bonnie may be just a disorganized blob of rain now but she provided me two days of better than expected surf on the opening weekend of Surfing Season so I can't complain. Yes, Bonnie been berry, berry good to me. .
Calling all forum overlords please forgive me for my noobness (i hope this comment ruins this thread)
Well, you could do traffic reports during those 3 1/2 hour drives you are forced to do in order to go surfing. I mean, who doesn't want to know which highway is clogged with you sitting in it, especially around Alexandria, Virginia???
