Blue moon and ima try a sam adams graupfruit ipa and sam adams is worse than natty ice. I can only afford gas station brand.
Dude, Sam Adams Cold Snap and Summer Ale are liquid gold, try them if you haven't. Never compare to Natty Ice, that's blasphemy!
why SwellInfo is so cool So there I am at the beer house picking up the goods for a cookout when I see a case of Sierra Nevada Torpedo. Said to myself "Hey two swellinfo guys like it I'll give it a go". Great beer. None left. Thanks guys.
SI coming through yet again with the solid advise! Glad you enjoyed man. It really is a great beer, and actually getting pretty inexpensive now that we have a brewery in-state. I usually pay $12.99 a 12 pack.
Packs a little wallop too. Put one down after mowing and never left the lounge chair. Love me an outside nap. Glad I tried one early. Gave fair warning to my dad when I saw him sucking them down.
self medicated on the beach with vodka and coconut/pineapple mineral water this past week end. Only drank a couple cheap beers.
Had a few Troegs Sunshine Pilsners last night after mowing the lawn. Good pilsner, pretty light and refreshing. Also had my first taste of Pappy Van Winkle last week. They only had the 10 year but it was damn nice.
The 10yr is Old Rip Van Winkle, not Pappy. The whiskey is a lot different today than what they built their name on. Originally, Pappy was a rye bourbon from the Boone Distillery. In the early 2000s it was strictly Stitzel Weller wheated bourbon, which is where Julian was master distiller for some time. Around 2009, Buffalo Trace started adding Bernheim wheated bourbon, and today it is strictly Buffalo Trace wheated bourbon. Compare a 2008 Pappy 15 to something current, and they are VERY different. Everything from 2010 and after is on the sell side of the bunker. Back on topic, I've started the evening with Laird's 12yr Old Rare Apple Brandy. Love this stuff!

Just came in from the dock. Saw a couple satellites pass and the ISS. Enjoying a Duck Rabbit Amber and some Miles Davis on the screened in porch.
