Fluoride is a naturally occurring element in nature. Many public water supplies in the western US have fluoride in their water. So.....yeah...I'll wait for the empirical evidence to show the immediate danger it poses.

If you're cool with staring down the diseases I listed above, that's a personal choice. Unfortunately one that can affect a whole lot of people beyond just yourself. I don't want polio....I can't imagine anybody that does.. Whats the solution? Seriously..

Ijs my dad survived polio, he's one of those psycho 73 year olds I still wouldn't wanna have to tangle with.

I completely agree on the personal choice thing.

The problem is that with this new fear of vaccines, many of these diseases that have been all but wiped out will make a resurgence. You have half the population vaccinated, the other half not. The un-vaccinated are at an exponentially higher risk for contracting Polio or TB or Small Pox.

While vaccines protect more than no vaccine, they still have a small (10% or less) chance of being ineffective against some diseases.

So now the un-vaccinated are a threat to the vaccinated...

This is the best available technology we have right now unfortunately. I just don't see how potential infection from known life threatening diseases is better that the alternative. But that's my personal choice....
