Thanks for the encouragement. Jackson Hole Wyoming is one of the best places in the US to ski/snowboard.
If you take the Euro route... do fly into Bordeaux, and start at Lacanau. Work your way south to Biarritz, then into Spain... San Sebastian and west. Follow the coast into Portugal and explore the whole way. The waves and coastline in this region are spectacular. Spend some time in Ericeira, and fly back from Lisbon.

Sunset cliffs, San Diego CA. Long period NW Groundswells, homie Book your ticket far enough in advance and you could get round trips under $400. Air BNB rental for $70-$100/night on the beach.
bro.. you should really read the actuall numbers on the cdc's website on contracted zika cases in or from where your going. It's pretty funny. You should definitley NOT let it stop you from going anywhere you want to go. It's 99% media hype.
It's like West Nile virus? Remember the freak out over that. It's still here but nobody cares anymore. Or the H2N1 bird flu thing. Another hype storm. I'm remember flying into Managua and they were measuring people's temps and then quarantining anyone who had a fever. I'm mean it's a 3rd world country where what amounted to a mild flu was the least of the nasties I worry about in a place with open sewers and all kinds of tropical ailments.
Exactly. I wonder what the "infection of the year" will be for 2017? Someone mentioned the signs in the hotels. I remember reading one a few weeks ago and thinking to myself how sarcastically it was written. It came off like "we really have to put this sign here to remind you that you can catch things from mosquitos?"
