I don't know what goes on in someone's mind, or how dark their heart is to vote for Canklesaurus.

'Hillary Clinton 'couldn't recall' answers to FBI questions about her secret server because of CONCUSSION: Agents' notes from their interview with the Democratic candidate raise fresh health fears'

    wow

The FBI has released details of its July 2 interview with Hillary Clinton about her secret email server, revealing that she said she did not recall answers to a series of questions - some because of concussion. Agents noted that Clinton could not recall being trained to handle classified materials as secretary of state, and had no memory of anyone raising concerns about the sensitive information she received at her private address. The Democratic presidential nominee also 'did not recall receiving any emails she thought should not be on an unclassified system,' the FBI's report declared. She did not recall all of the briefings she received on handling sensitive information as she made the transition from her post as secretary of state, due to a concussion she suffered in 2012.

So... Billary is supposed to be the smartest woman on the planet, and in perfect health.

And... She can't recall anything about all that classified material?

As we used to say in the military, "What the F***, over?"

I can perhaps buy that she forgot what she had for lunch 10 years ago, or some other insignificant crap.

If I went to the beach today, it was 6-8 ft glass, offshores, mile long peelers, I surfed for 3 hrs with Coco Ho, we went home and got crazy with the cheese whiz all night, and Riley Martin came back to Swellinfo,

    I might F***ing recall that.

    Maybe

    Yup.

    Trump lies every day!

People are upset because "Hillary lies", and aren't paying attention to the fact that Trump lies every time he opens his mouth! Why anyone would want this clownish buffoon as POTUS is beyone me!

Come on dude. If anyone else lied as much as him you'd jump all over them... They all lie. All the time. Fu*kem all...
But he just says contradicting sh!t over and over. He says whatever the crowd in front of him wants
To hear. Then changes what he says for the next crowd. He's a politician now.

She just lies all the time so it's impossible to tell if any truth ever come out

For those of you who have never been represented by an attorney or a Union steward:

The "I don't remember/recall" defense is recommended and used when a possibly incriminating question is posed to a defendant or person involved in a serious investigation.

It is basically foolproof, as our laws do not allow successful prosecution of a person who "doesn't recall" an event where there is no black and white evidence, such as videotape, email, texting etc. Its extremely difficult to catch somebody lying under oath (perjury) when they "lose" the critical portions of damning communications then pull the "I don't recall" card.

If you've been paying close attention over the last several decades, you would be aware that this style of defense has been used with 100% success by both sides of the aisle, as well as military "brass".

As a Union rep, I've never lost a case using this ploy.

Of course, if the prosecuting body *really* wants to nail your pimply a$$ to the wall, they make an easier lesser charge stick to the wall...then crow loudly about their " success" at finally catching you red-handed.

This is the system we live in, people. Love it or leave it.

Her lies are well proven lies, esp with the emails and Benghazi. These lies carry serious consequences.
Trump may have contradicted himself, but for the most part he hasn't flipped on proposed policy.
The only time he flips is when he learns more about a certain topic and has a change of heart.
    Case in point, Libya.
He wasn't an insider privy to everything that was going behind the scenes, and once he learned the truth, he changed.
    That's something we all do.
If he lies all the time, I'd like to see proof of it.
I'm open to change my opinion of him.

    I'll state it again.
He's the last hope this country has of being a free sovereign nation.
If he's a lying sack o' poop, well than were all fuked anyway.
I don't have a futilistic attitude like you.
If he's elected and really doesn't accomplish much, at least he paved the way for a 'true' Libertarian, Populist third party uprising in the next election cycle.
If Hillasuarusy is elected, say good bye to anything resembling a Democracy, or free open election in the next cycle.

    I'm usually with ya, Keed.

Ahhhhhh, not so much in this case Keed. The reason that Clinton gave wasn't just 'I can't recall.' She might have pulled that one off, cause as you sort of noted, who can recall everything?

No, the difference here is that Clinton stated that she couldn't recall due to a head/brain injury that created massive trauma. Big, big difference in the underlying factor as to why 'I can't recall.'

She's not fit for the office of the prez, and I'm referring to her health in this moment.

He said on Fox to Chris Wallace
"It's not like, gee whiz, nobody has them. So, North Korea has nukes. Japan has a problem with that. I mean, they have a big problem with that. Maybe they would in fact be better off if they defend themselves from North Korea."

    Wallace asked, "With nukes?"

Trump replied, "Including with nukes, yes, including with nukes"

Then he says that he never said that. But he did. He said it on television. It's not the media manipulating what he said.

He also said Obama is the founder of ISIS. (which is fine if that's what you believe)
When given an out he didn't take it. He said "No, I meant he's the founder of ISIS. I do"

The next night he said it again, "I meant exactly that. He's the founder of ISIS"

The next day he said he was obviously being sarcastic and he's being misquoted. But he wasn't. The words came directly from him.

Just this week he backed off sending all 11 million illegals home. He said we'll send the criminals home first then assess the situation. He talked about leniency for them as long as they were law abiding and paid back taxes...
Then he went back to throw em all out once his supporters started getting pissed.

Again, I'm sure she could be worse. But acting like Donald Kardashian is this honest man that will do what he says is ridiculous. This is a contest to him and he's just looking to win

Doesn't matter if The Don gets elected, in the sense that DC pols will have him so hemmed in that nothing much will take place. Which, on balance, is better than Clinton getting back up in there & raping the world of lucre & power & civil rights.
