LOL It's amazing how connected folks are to their phones. I paint stripe parking lots, mostly in apartment complexes. I see people all the time talking on their phones as they nearly run me over. A few nice ones realize what they just did, and apologize. Most just give me that look of "Hey! I'm F***ING IMPORTANT HERE! Can't you see I'm on the PHONE! Get off my planet." Mama Mia
And don't even get me started on this freakin Pokemon crap. I see little clusters of people walking around hunting for them F***ers. I'm like, WTF?
I have seen some of the technerds out in lineup with some kind of phone,thought they were using the camera , it had a attachment with a float like a gopro.our last refuge from the frickin things is the ocean now your gf or wife will track yu down no matter what .no more tellin em that i couldnt answer the phone cuz i was in the water
Well, it will not be long before a board maker makes a little compartment in the board into which you place the iPhone, and connect it to the speakers, also glassed in. That way, the whole lineup can know how important the owner is......
Absolutely. I don't wanna worry about the outside or know nothing from nobody while I'm out in the ocean. Unless I'm sharing a session with some friends. Anybody outside the ocean though, don't wanna hear from while surfing and definitely don't wanna use a phone whole out there surfing, that's for sure.
The logical progression would be the waterproof watch-phone or the phone mounting system in a board. Similar to go pro. Maybe the camera will take the place of a go pro in time. They have those waterproof cases out for a while now. Haven't seen too many being used by people surfing. Waterproof cameras are just inviting people to come out and take pictures when they should be on the beach or home killing themselves
