this has been ongoing for about a month. saw it first in Greenville, SC outside the projects and there have been imitators showing up since aka "jigolos". they were luring kids but now they are harassing all kinds of peoples. i saw one got caught, but for some reason they have evaded the law enforcement. one was walking on the bridge around here with balloons, right during the morning commute. Cops pulled up and dude said he was honoring a fellow clown who died. good timing clown

Saw a video on Youtube where people were doing this in a park at night and running up on people. One guy didn't even flinch, pulled out his gun and the kids playing the joke hit the ground and started yelling, "IT'S JUST A JOKE, IT'S JUST A JOKE!" You knew it was just a matter of time before that happened. These ones standing at the edge of the forest supposedly luring kids, need a shot to the cock. The ones just standing around to be creepy, I don't have a problem with. And I think ICP is the gayest sh!t I have ever seen and their dumbass followers!!
The videos of people dressing up like them just to dance makes it a lot less intimidating. Also saw a vid on the gram yesterday where two people chased one out of a park and the hood was cheering. Hope to see more of that
