Really Yankee, there is no butt hurt here and this is not an attempt to troll you. I don't really understand how everyone that butts heads with you automatically becomes "obsessed" in your mind. It's actually the opposite.

Maybe I'm wrong, maybe people troll you because they know what response you will give them.

At the end of the day I am tired of one or the other... either people trolling you, or your lackluster response.

Seems to me that the biggest source of whining & sniveling to the mods / Austine are the guys who troll, with their passive aggro stuff, as well as with their name-calling & telling people to fark off.

Like you did with your unsolicited troll post to me, tractor.

If I reciprocate, in kind, i.e., telling you to go smoke your daddy's pole or something as simple as 'fark off' just as you launched on me, all of a sudden who gets the infarction??

thats why i like the idea of forcing new member to only the surf related threads. Trolls arent going to spend the waiting period (make it like 3 months) to get to the discussion forum to spew their agendas. It will also be cool to add logic so that a newb tries to access that forume he/she gets redirected to the msw forumes

Sending out some nancy e-mail letting people know how much the community cares about keeping things in moderation, and how the admins care about their expectations will quintuple the number of e-mails you get from people who inevitable get butthurt.

Posting those e-mails, along with addys and screen names MIGHT reduce the number you get. So yeah, that.
