Have you ever been working your way through traffic, following traffic rules, you know waiting your turn. Then, the merge lane ends and there are numerous vehicles trying to skip all the traffic and go to the beginning of the line by going past the merge lane into the median and cutting off all the law abiding drivers....causing them to all slam on their brakes and it makes the whole traffic pattern worse?
