Farmers Almanac suggests most precip in Feb. That'll probably be the best time to go. They have a fraction of the trails open now. I'll wait but am ready to shredz. That place is awesome.

We used to go up every year for a week. Party at the Pickle Barrel, ate at Sushi Yoshi a sh!t ton! Half the time we ended up going to Pico because we usually had employee discount.

My buddy booked a house for a week .... in the Poconos. Wish it was VT but I'll probably go the easy route.

I always have trouble committing to snow trips because we get waves in the winter.

If it's firing all weekend, are you really gonna hit the icy slopes instead?

Probably. It's basically that or Jack Frost/BB. Camelback is way better but the runs in all of them are short and usually icy.

My parents moved to Mt. Pocono after leaving PR. Nice area if you like access to city, jersey shore, skiing etc. But it wasn't for me. Frankly, I was spoiled living in PR, and being in PA was a bummer, so I went off to school in NH, and here I remain, all because one beautiful quebec lady. Was it worth it?? Yup; had I stayed in PR, I would have either drank myself or drugged myself into the grave a long time ago.
Life is good now. I like here.
