I don't have much time to post messages on this site, but Micah, I must say that I totally agree with that guy, I use your site all the time and your video forecasts are awesome. I started the surf club back up at Cape and we had 30 people show up for the first meeting, I told them they should all go to this site for their info. Dude you are doing an amazing job, keep it up. We appreciate it.

 

yea i agree this site is ridiculous...its spot on and is the number one site on my list

 

Thats awesome!! the surf scene at cape was kind weak when I was there compared to indian river and stephen decatur. Thats really cool you are getting that going.

 

You know I love the site but for once was very happy to see your forecast way off for NC. It was on average several feet bigger than predicted!!! Looks like we might have a 4th Saturday in a row!!!

Once Nic Lugo goes through what he can sell/post I will get some photos up here. Think I have some film from the DK pro final as well. I'll see if any frame grabs are worthy. OCSponger has plenty from yesterday and the several days in Frisco.

the video tutorials are great, i told all the kids in the surf club to check them out and a lot of them returned to me and said they learned so much from those about the site and now they understand a lot more, other than a quick look. Its great stuff man. We have our first beach cleanup saturday the 17th at the jetty, should have about 25 kids out for that.

Eventually, I'll create some intro to surf forecasting knowledge base stuff. Its on the long list of to do's!

 

Next meeting I think I will use the LCD projector and show your tutorials to the entire club so they all get a chance to learn something. I am also gonna get Surfrider to come as well, so maybe they can help get the site out there as well.
