Well....now back to the east coast where it was 3 foot and decent this morning. It was clean lefts, so I'm not complaining. Except I wish I was in San Diego with reefs, not Ocean City Maryland with sh!tty sandbars. Cell phone grab before paddling out this morning. The water was beautiful green and clear.

Lots of massholes pretending to surf in NH today.
They just sat there and pulled each others pud.
I think sigmoid may have been one of them......

Hit one of the go to spots at dawn. A chilly 36F air temp upon arrival. NE swell w/ light Northerly wind that was gradually switching west, formed lumpy lefts that occasionally lined up for lengthy rides. Looked similar to Mitchells picture above. Just one other surfer out, got several decent rides during an hour and a half sesh. Good to get wet after almost 3 weeks out.

Flat again in NH. So flat even the massholes are staying home. But I love it when it is flat on weekends; that way, all those fvckwads that have spent all their money on boards and wetsuits never go surfing--hahhahhaa!!! They go home in a whimper, while I surf all week on the waves they miss......tsk tsk......
Is that wrong of me?? Should I be thinking like that??? hahahahaha!!!!

Fvck yeah Scobes, nice score. Had a shark encounter at that spot many years ago.

Beaches have been 3XOH Victory at Sea here, but the harbor has been overhead and going off it's nut. Water still a nice balmy 57 here...been nice to get wet.

Nice wave, great report, JaimeL! haha I got in Saturday at FB for some sideshore splitting thrill-less wind chilled out waves .that lasted for about 30 min before i and several other ppl out there weren't gonna keep the amusement going. Went out yesterday, the winds calmed down a bit and the underswell dropped a good bit too. Had a handful fo rides, but at least the windchill dropped. almost booties weather here in the Carolinas, at least for me. Forecast was all off, expecting chest highs and clean conditions. not the case, pretty big bummer. just some thigh to waist shenanigans

Booties? Water is 70 degrees at FB. I wear a vest and am comfortable for a couple hours.

i know, i'm a big puss. but i said almost time... i felt like it went from rashguard to "damm it's cold even in my wetsuite" in less than a week. that cold front is here to stay, i don't see weather getting any warmer, so i'll be kookin it in booties seeing the only light of day i can get during the work week will be around 6am

Just bustin' your balls a little. I can't get out until a little after 8 in the mornings so the sun is up. I agree winter is coming for us soon. Have caught a lot of waves over the last 3 weeks. Peace.

    NICE!

I just surfed Manhattan Beach last Tuesday, was in the LA area on business. Sadly, I'm unable to bring my own **** with me, so I have to use my buddy's board and even his wetsuit. Had fair comparable to this, but I was only able to be out for about 2-2.5 hours and half of it was even before first light, due to having to catch an early flight outta there.

Am going back in 2 more weeks, will be there a few days. Hoping to enjoy some more, without getting too sleep depraved!

After a long flat spell we got clean, long period, chest to slightly overhead today. Sick day, I got a couple that will replay in my head for a while. Hope it lasts through tomorrow, slow with work so I can use another day in the water, plus it's nice to wash all this political sh!t off me.
There were some etiquette issues this morning and I actually got agrro with someone when I first paddled out, everybody knows the rules, wtf. When there are huge boulders just under the surface, don't be a douche. Simple.

We'd like to think the "don't be a douche" rule applies even without the boulder factor.
